I am retiring and moving away from the LP Business. I have purchase a Family account. The family account does NOT support the One-time passcode. This is a great feature when the cell phone goes down. How do I get this back??
When I log in, the first time I login, I get a blank screen and when I got up the the URL and hit enter, it takes me back to the login screen. So I enter all the information again and then I can login. Why is this happening?

I received an email saying my account will be deleted because I haven't used it for two years. But I had an annual family subscription that expired in August of this year. How is this possible?
It's practically unusable. I store 15 Salesforce passwords. I can't even select it from the list, it doesn't render. After 3 minutes it finally shows the menu, I select a username and it doesn't fill it in - I effectively cannot use any websites because of this. Total garbage, think it needs replaced.
