When I change a password in my vault, sometimes I'm told the change is successful and the new password has been saved, and other times it doesn't tell me the change has been saved, but it doesn't matter. My vault always reverts to the old password.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

Thank you for the information, let's try these steps:

Go to the top right corner and click the 3 dots. Go to extensions Manage extensions Remove LastPass Turn off all the other extensions Once is done go back to the 3 dots, go back to extensions, this time Visit Chrome web store search for LastPass, also install the extension.

If you are using another browser, please access the browser settings and look for the build in password manager and remove any LastPass password from there.

Same issue, trying to update a PW and click save, go back into it and it's not saved!

Having the same exact issue. VERY frustrating! I generally do not save the passwords elsewhere as I should not have to, so therefore the pws are lost. I cannot remember them, which is why I use LP.  I'm locked out of some essential sites because of this "glitch" or whatever it is.
