Welcome to the LastPass Community.
In case you want to continue but using the TEAMS versions, please remove all the users from your current business trial, once done please let me know so I can continue with the process and you should be able to subscribe into teams version, once done you will be able to add all the others users back.
You can remove all the other users by going to your admin console, users tab.

Unfortunately, that hasn't worked, and when I click on Teams tier, which I can now see, I get this error:

Please log out and log bac in to your account, you should be able to see the changes and from there subscribe into the option that better fits your needs. Please let us know if you need additional help!

Hi, I have removed all users now, can you please do what you need to do in order to allow us to subscribe to the Teams version.

We've gone ahead and removed your existing trial so that you may purchase Teams now.
Hi, I can't see how I purchase Teams still. If I got to the pricing option, I just get an option to purchase personal premium.
If I go to advance options, I get these: I don't want to go ahead with the business trial option without confirmation from yourselves, as I don't want to end up with a Business only upgrade, not the teams upgrade.
If you could please provide steps on how I go about signing up this account for the Teams tier, that would be much appreciated.
