I'm premium customer/subscription, since more than around 7 years.
I am in a difficult situation because I cannot log in to LastPass.
I changed the master password by mistake, two month ago I think, too quickly, thinking that I was changing the password for a website...
Since then, LastPass only works on my phone, with fingerprint authentication , and now my phone is partialy broken and needs to be repaired.
I have tried several times to reset the master password using all the methods you suggest, but nothing works, including your form, which returns an error message (using Edge, Chrome, Firefox, ...). See screenshot below.
