I tried to renew my families subscription last Tue 11/25 but got stuck in a loop. I tried again this morning after returning from traveling, but since my subscription has now expired, I can't contact support or open a case to try to fix it.

Thank you for getting back to me.
Here are screenshots I took during my attempt to renew last week.
1. I went to Settings and clicked on My Account.

2. In Account Information, I clicked on Update Billing Information.

3. I got sent to the Families management page, where I clicked on Renew in the banner.

4. I got an error saying I already have an account.

I repeated all the same steps this morning and ended up in the same loop.
