Welcome to the LastPass Community!
To set up an emergency access person remember that first the person must have a LastPass account no matter if it's a free account as long as it has an account already created. Then you need to have a premium or Families subscription. Once inside your accountgo to "emergency access" in the grayed left column and click "add" then the other person will need to accept it and the emergency person will be set up.
