If you can't log in to LastPass, you can try to resolve the issue using the following resources:

Contact LastPass Support
To contact LastPass Support for assistance, do the following steps:
- Select Request help logging in (or go to
https://lastpass.com/identity-verification
).
- Enter the email address you use for LastPass.
- Select Send verification code.
Result: An email from LastPass is sent that contains a verification code.
- Copy the verification code from the email.
- Paste it into the Verification code field and select Submit verification code.
- Finalize verification.
Finalization on trusted devices
Tip: A "trusted device" is one where you selected Trust this device for 30 days on the multifactor authentication prompt when logging in to LastPass. For more information, see Manage trusted devices in Account Settings.
A confirmation message shows that you're verified and that LastPass Support will respond soon.
Finalization on untrusted devices
You are prompted to fill out a form to provide more information about your LastPass account. When finished, select Save to create a new support case.
Results: You have created a new support case. LastPass Support will review your case and respond soon.
Remember: You can only submit one support case within a 72-hour period.
What to do next: You can view and manage your support case submitted to LastPass Support.
Tip: If you are unable to log in to the My Cases portal but have already submitted a support case, you can share updates via email by replying directly to the latest support case email sent from LastPass Support.
