Unable to download attachment from vault

Hi there,

There's a bug in the browser extension that prevents attachments from downloading in items like 'Insurance policies,' 'Memberships,' 'Driver's licenses,' and 'Passports,' especially those with the old UI compared with the new UI in 'Notes' and 'Addresses.'

I tried updating the browser extension, clearing the local data, refreshing the vault, and testing on multiple computers and browsers, but the problem still persists.

Is all my secured documents lost forever?

Welcome to the LastPass Community. I’m sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. I’ve already made some updates on my side, such as clearing any corrupted sessions and refreshing your account settings. Please follow the steps below to complete the basic troubleshooting:

1. Uninstalling the extension Uninstall LastPass
2. Clearing your browser's cookies and cache 
3. Restart the browser 
4. Reinstalling the extension from https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
5. Open LastPass using the extension Use the LastPass browser extension
6. Try again to download the attachments
