Can't log into my paid account and can't get support from this free one without posting?

Hi,

I lost the master password and recovery keys to my main (paid) account and the hint doesn't help because it was a strong, random password. I can get my email verified just fine as I can still log into that, but this site won't let me actually log in anymore, so I want to cancel the account. If I can't, I'm going to get a new credit card so it won't charge anymore. This is my only avenue of getting any support without actually getting another paid account, which is ludicrous. I would like some help canceling the old account so I'm not charged for something absolutely useless. I haven't been able to log in for over a year; this site's support and recovery process is an absolute joke. If I don't hear back within two days I'm just going to cancel my card.

Please advise.

I understand that you've lost your master password and recovery options, and that your primary concern now is preventing future charges for a subscription you can no longer use.

For us to assist you further with the cancellation, use the Request help logging in option to open a case without having to access to your account. Our support team will contact you via email, please include the following information on the case for security reasons and to complete the cancellation request :

• Name and Last Name
• Email address associated to the account
• Last 4 digits of the credit card and expiration date

Please note that LastPass cannot recover or reset a master password, and without a valid recovery method, access to the vault cannot be restored due to our Zero‑Knowledge security model.
