Shared Folder Access Issues

I have a feeling I may need to call support for this. My wife created a shared family folder for account we both needed access to. Problem is that was while she had a corporate account - the company has since ceased using LP. So now have have Read-Only access to accounts in the shared folder and my wife no longer has access to alter that.

How can I fix this?

Regarding the shared folder created by your wife: if she currently has full access to view all passwords but is no longer able to edit the folder permissions, the best approach from her account would be to export her Vault data.
After exporting, she can re-import the items as individual entries and then share them with you directly. You can then follow the same process on your end if needed. Here you can find the steps to Export vault data from LastPass as a generic CSV file.
