1st websites like this really suck when you have a website issue and they only want paid people to actually get help. I logged in and when it went to bring up the vault (only today so far) it used over 750 mb of ram, used 2 browsers on 2 different computers/laptops. And for reference it was zen and chrome on the computer, and firefox and chrome on the laptop. Then tried the bot, which is really FFFFFF worthless. When there are website issues, corporations should always have a way to contact/report the tech support to report the issues.
