spouse gets locked out of lastpass free version

I created the free account. Sometimes when my spouse tries to open the lastpass app (iphone), they can't get in. I receive an alert that someone is trying to access the app. If I don't see the alert right away, I can't approve the login. Is there any way to add spouse's phone number to the app?

Welcome to the LastPass Community. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add the same authenticator account to multiple devices after it has already been set up. However, LastPass allows you to register more than one authenticator app for multifactor authentication.

For example, you can set up one authenticator on your phone and another on your wife's device. Once both authenticators are registered, either one can be used to approve login attempts and access your LastPass account.
