Unable to load passwords when on an airplane wifi

Occasionally when I'm on a plane and connected to the airlines WiFi I'm unable to see the passwords in my vault. When the vault opens I get the following message from the app "Request failed! Check your Internet connection, as well as the date and time on your device."

I'm on an Android device (Pixel 10 Pro) and in the app security settings the Allow offline access is turned on.

This is problematic because the airline required me to log into their app to use services but I was unable to retrieve the password saved because the app did not allow me to even view the passwords for any given site stored in the vault.

I was unable to fully access my vault throughout the flight. When I landed and reconnected to cell service the app returned to working as expected. Any help on how to avoid this issue?

About the connectivity issue you are experiencing is usually caused by the airline Wi‑Fi network restricting or interfering with some of the connections that LastPass uses to synchronize and verify vault data.

As a workaround to maximize your chances to access your vault and view the passwords while traveling, you can use Offline Access in your vault.
