Request for one additional device switch – LastPass Free

Hello LastPass Support Team,

I am using LastPass Free, and my account is currently set to Mobile as my active device type. I have 0 device switches remaining.

I only want to use LastPass on my Windows computer through the browser extension. I do not want to upgrade to Premium or pay for a subscription.

I would like to ask if you could please grant me one additional device switch as a one-time courtesy, so I can change my active device type from Mobile to Computer.

I have access to my account and my vault. I simply need to be able to use my LastPass vault again on my computer.

I would really appreciate your help, as I would like to continue using LastPass Free.
