how to log in to citibank?

I have 2 CitiBank accts-AA Advantage and Costco. Whenever I try to log into Costco It immediately sends me to the AA account. I deleted all my old Costco logins and accounts on LP (had my husbands on there) but I cannot set up my new Costco account.

If I delete the AA account and try to set up Costco first, will I have the same problem?

Please follow the next troubleshooting steps, you should not experience any error when adding new accounts.

1. Delete the 2 CitiBank accounts
2. Delete Costco login
3. Uninstalling the extension Uninstall LastPass
4. Clearing your browser's cookies and cache 
5. Restart the browser 
6. Reinstalling the extension from https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
7. Open LastPass using the extension Use the LastPass browser extension
8. Add one by one each account, make sure the URL belongs to the login page for each site

After following the troubleshooting, please try to launch each site. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
