How do I setup LastPass to support login to my domain sites with an email address and an account

In my domain, example.com, there are sites that use my email address, xxx@example.com and others that use just an account, xxx, both use the same password. How can I configure LastPass to support login with the different usernames with minimal entries.

I would prefer not to create an entry for each site, since this would require each to be updated when my password changes.

LastPass can use Equivalent Domains to associate multiple sites/hosts with the same credential record, which helps reduce duplicate password entries. However, if some systems require the username as user@comcast.net and others require only user, LastPass generally requires separate login records because each login item supports a single username value. Equivalent Domains can reduce duplicate URL entries, but they do not provide multiple usernames within one credential record
