Unable to renew my "Families" account.

I received notice that I am past renewal and only have X times left to switch from PC to phone. I updated my credit card info and it still does not let me renew. It's been over 48 hours and looks like LastPass hasn't tried the new credit card to auto renew. I have been paying for the family plan so that me and my wife can use it on our PC's and phones. Support is very frustrating.

I am using a VPN (very popular Nord VPN) and a virus protection software (Malware Bytes) and have temporarily disabled both but still couldn't renew LastPass service. I need help.

I'm sorry for the billing difficulty. It seems you noticed the issue with the original card on file.

In case the previous subscription was causing a traffic jam, we've gone ahead and removed it from interfering. Please attempt the purchase once more, and let us know if any errors recur.
