I have an individual premium account with MFA and want to get my wife a separate Lastpass account (using a account free if possible). Can we share access to all the passwords in my vault along with a second MFA for her? I can't find this exact situation in the community anywhere

Thank you for your interest on having a second account with us. Yes, it is possible for your wife to have her own account with free subscription, and she can set up her own MFA. The option to share password will be only by individually sharing each item with her, however, the individual share is a one-time share so if you make any changes to the item, you share with her you will need to stop sharing and re-share. My recommendation if it's in your possibilities will be to upgrade to family's subscription and add your wife to your family account so you can use the share folders option and she can login on multiples devices at the same time. You can find the upgrade process here:
