lost access

I lost my phone in March and, with it, my Last Pass fingerprint login. I couldn't find my master password. I have a premium account which I paid annually. Last payment was in July 2025. Without access to my premium account I am unable to get help from the Last Pass support team. I've started another free account and am using that. How can I get that linked to my premium account?

In this case if you've lost access to your account you'll need to try and do account recovery following the steps on this article: Recover your account.

In case that does not work you can contact our support team directly on the same support article at the bottom by clicking on the red button "request help to login".
