I was on LastPass Family, my credit card expired, auto-renew tried 3 times to renew then switched my family back to free plan. I called support and they said that per company policy, I am in a collection state and cannot renew until 10-days after the third failed attempt. And there is no override. I've used and recommended LastPass for years, but this policy is extremely frustrating. I drill into my wife and kids to put EVERYTHING in LastPass. What a PITA.
