Chrome extension not working in Chrome

Kris Miller

I am using Chrome version 153.0.8010.53. The LastPass extension does not always open when I click the extension icon. The extension is also SUPER slow now to fill in passwords. I have cleared Third-party cookies and reinstalled the extension a couple times. Works great for a day and then goes back to the same issues.

Hello @Kris Miller

Thank you for reaching out in our Community.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with the LastPass extension. I have completed some updates from my side, such as clearing the corrupted sessions and updating your account.

I need you to complete the troubleshooting you have already done, uninstall the extension, clear cookies and cache for all time and reinstall it.

If the problems persists, please run a test using other browser, let us know the LastPass extension version you have installed.
