Last Pass won't give me the login via the extension icon

This is not the first time this has happened on this site, and all I do is waste my time trying to get LP to work.

Now I have to go to the vault just to find it. sigh

I couldn't even get it to show me there was a p/w.

Oh, and before that I got the black icon saying I wasn't logged out after restart. I should ALWAYS be logged in unless I tell it not to log me in.

It finally turned red, then it took a while to show there was a p/w, now it's back to black again.

Then to log into LP, instead of auto populating my email, on one tab it wanted me to waste time typing that in. On another tab it was auto populated. sigh

I refreshed that site & now it's back to telling me there's no login, then a few minutes later, a login , then it somehow auto logged me in.

What was that, 15 minutes JUST TO LOG INTO A WEBSITE???

Just INSANE.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I have completed some updates from my side, such as clearing the corrupted sessions and updating your account. I need you to follow these steps to complete the basic troubleshooting:

1. Uninstalling the extension Uninstall LastPass
2. Clearing your browser's cookies and cache 
3. Restart the browser 
4. Reinstalling the extension from https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
5. Open LastPass using the extension Use the LastPass browser extension
6. Try again to access LastPass as usual
