LastPass Security Score anomaly

Hello,

I have been encouraging my users to increase their security score and have been publishing a scorecard on our Intranet. I have noticed that the score some users when they go into their own vault, is different to the score I see for the same user when I look in the admin vault.

One user had 77.8% on their personal score, but it was showing 87.8% in the admin portal. They then adopted a few stronger passwords, and boosted their score to 82.6%, which showed as 92.6% in the admin portal.

Strange that it is exactly 10% different each time.

If I check my own score, it is 95.7% in my own security dashboard and 95.7% in the admin portal.

To help us better understand the scope of the issue, could you please confirm whether this behavior is occurring with only this specific user or if you are seeing the same discrepancy with other users as well?

In the meantime, please have the affected user complete the steps outlined in our Basic troubleshooting guide.

Once the troubleshooting steps have been completed, please run the test again and check whether the Security Score values are synchronized correctly between the user's vault and the Admin Console.
