Logs out when trying to open Vault via the Firefox and Chrome extensions

The only way I can open the vault NOW is to log into LastPass on the web. I have tried everything I can find on the web about this problem. I just installed the extension on my Google Chrome Browser and get logged out as well. The vault would open recently via the extension in Firefox, but will not open now. I am seeing Lastpass.com/vault/ and then few moments later I see Lastpass.com/login/

To complete the troubleshooting process, please follow these steps:

Uninstall the LastPass extension:

Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Restart your browser.
Reinstall the LastPass browser extension from:

Open LastPass through the browser extension and sign in to your account and let us know if the problem persists.

Are there any other browser plugins installed besides LastPass?

Are you using a VPN or IP blocker in tandem?

Can you also confirm your automatic logout preference within your Vault's advanced settings?

No, not using a VPN or IP blocker in tandem

Automatic logout preference: 2-weeks

Browser plugins: uBlock Origin ( disabled when testing), Open H264 Video Codec (disabled when testing), Widevine Content Decryption Module (disabled when testing)

Thanks for quick reply! I recently performed the above steps shown above. Should I perform the above steps again since you made some changes? What I get in Firefox when I try to download using the URL in step 4 is "Firefox prevented this site from asking you to install software on your computer". I can and have been installing it directly via the Firefox extension and is the same version . I can try Google Chome or is that really important to use the above URL? P.S.- I do not have any other device to "test" LastPass on.

We are aware of the recent issue affecting some users in Chromium-based browsers. Our team has completed a fix, and LastPass version 4.155.1 is currently awaiting final approval from Google before release.

I just tried it on Chrome Browser and what it does when trying to open the vault via the extension is: Lastpass.com/vault and a few seconds later: Lastpass.com/login for a few seconds and keeps repeating the same over and over until I close the tab. I do have version 4.144.1 installed as well.

I need this escalated to Tier 2 or engineering support, as first-line troubleshooting and an account change made by an administrator recently and have not resolved the issue.

Issue: My LastPass vault will not open via the browser extension (Firefox and Chrome), while logging in directly at vault.lastpass.com works every time.

What I've already tried, all without success:

Tested in both Firefox and Chrome
Tested in both private/incognito and normal browsing windows
Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the extension (clean install)
Changed my computer's DNS servers to rule out network filtering
Checked the Windows hosts file (unmodified, default)
Temporarily disabled antivirus web/HTTPS protection
Chatted with an administrator recently who made changes to my account — no improvement

Additional detail: The vault had been taking progressively longer to load via the extension over recent months before failing completely. My account's session/login history also shows no entries at all going back several months, despite daily active use, which seems abnormal and I'd like that looked into as well.

Since this persists across two browsers, two networks-equivalent tests (DNS change), and a clean extension install, I believe the issue is on the account or backend side rather than my device. Please advise on next steps or escalate to someone who can investigate my account directly.
