How do I get a refund for incorrect billing?

I have cancelled my Last Pass service and have just been billed for another years service I don't want or need. LastPass make themselves awfully difficult to contact directly so I don't know how to go about getting a refund. Any help would be appreciated

Is it possible that you have another LastPass account, or that your payment information is linked to a family member's account?
