when i enter new web and password lastpass doesn't add it anymore.

Thank you for reaching out to us in the Community. I'm sorry to hear that LastPass is not adding your new passwords properly.

LastPass needs to have active the LastPass extension in order to automatically ask to save for your master password and added it to your vault properly.

Please make sure you have it install and that you are login to your account. If so, I need you to follow these steps to complete the Basic Troubleshooting:

1. Uninstalling the extension Uninstall LastPass
2. Clearing your browser's cookies and cache 
3. Restart the browser 
4. Reinstalling the extension from https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
5. Open LastPass using the extension Use the LastPass browser extension
6. Try again to add a new item to your vault
