Include Last Pass in Windows Start Menu

Question

Can Last Pass start at the beginning of a work session - and stay active?  It seems a nuisance waiting for its startup sequence when a password entry is questioned, which I find happens a lot.  😣 In my eighties with fat fingers and a healthy Forgettery, mistakes do happen. My Win 11 laptop won't allow me to drop a LP icon into the start menu file, and I wonder if maybe that's deliberate. 😕

Welcome to the LastPass Community, I understand the importance of having LastPass to start at the beginning of a work session. You can PIN the LastPass desktop app to your Windows Menu, however LastPass will not start automatically by it's own.

If you're using the LastPass browser app on a trusted device (link), and have not cleared your local cookies, then LastPass can stay active without having to log in — even if you restart the browser or device.

This experience is different than using the desktop app, and may not be compatible with all browsers.
