Hi, years ago I have created an account with my email address and I configured it on my phone and tablet with byometric auth. Now I need to access it but I don't remember the master password. I tried to recovery it in different ways but from the two devices it seems that is not possible to recovery my account. The support contact form to assist for the account recovery shows only the possibility to recovery it from one mobile device but it's not real: the recovery by app doesn't work.
I have access to my email address but no recovery options are available.
How can I access my account or contact the support team to ask help?
