why sms Recovery isn't avalible in Bangladesh

why sms Recovery isn't avalible in Bangladesh. Almost huge number of It freelancer working from this country, but lastpass don't have sms account recovery option. please avail this option, I know other option avalible but witout trusted device it's going to be huge panic issue. Since we heavly depend on lastpass, I really request to avail this option as soon as possible in Bangladesh.

At this time, SMS account recovery is not available in all countries, including Bangladesh. We understand that this can be inconvenient, particularly if a trusted device is unavailable. Because of this, we strongly recommend:

• Enabling a recovery method on a trusted device
• Setting up multi-factor authentication (such as an authenticator app)
• Keeping your recovery options up to date
• Ensuring you know and securely store your master password
