How do I convince the bot that I *AM* logged in?

Question

I forgot my master password, but I'm still logged in on my desktop. I want to log in on my laptop as well. The password hint doesn't make sense to me. I request help from an agent, but the bot tells me I am not logged in so they can't tell if I have a paid account. But I AM logged in! (I've been using free for years but just paid for Premium.)
