After logging on to Lastpass, none of my URLs are shown

Question

It just started today.  I can log in just fine, it shows my user name up in the upper right corner, but none of my URLs/entries show.  I get a blank page where my entries should be.  Tried on multiple computers and browsers.

The same, the vault shows nothing.

I'm also on firefox. I do not have the extension at all.

The console shows the errors:

Page: https://lastpass.com/vault/ Error: can't access property "applyFilter", this.container is null

Probably unrelated, but when I reload the vault page, it also logs me out, which I don't believe happened before though I could be wrong.

I tried everything suggested, and my vault still does not display in Firefox.  The interesting thing is that I can download the vault or search for entries in Lastpass in Firefox and that all works.  So the entries are there, but they are not being displayed.  Firefox is up to date.

In Chrome, I initially get the same blank page as I do in Firefox but when I refresh the page, my vault entries show up.

I think there may be a programming issue, but am happy to be proven wrong.  I just need steps to fix this issue.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account. I have killed all of your active sessions, I have also cleared your sharing keys.
 To resolve this issue please do the following:

log out of the LastPass extension (red square on the top right hand side of your screen)

remove the LastPass extension (right click your mouse, select remove)

clear your cache and cookies from your browser for the last 7 days (settings, privacy and security)

add the LastPass extension (download it at lastpass.com/download)

log in and test it out
