How do I stay logged in ?

I read the instructions for staying logged in and I pay a subscription for this service. But I have nothing in my advanced settings that show what they are talking about to click to stay logged in ?

I’m really glad you contacted us, and it will be my pleasure to assist you and help find the best
solution today, I want to make sure you're looking in the right place — the stay-logged-in settings are actually under General preferences, not Advanced, which can be a bit confusing.

Here's how to get there:

1. Click the LastPass icon in your Chrome toolbar
2. Click your email address or account icon at the top
3. Select Account options → Extension preferences
4. Click the General tab

From there, look for two settings:

• "Log out when all browsers are closed" — make sure this is unchecked if you want to stay logged in when you reopen Chrome
• "Log out after idle" — you can set this to a longer time (or 0 to disable it), so LastPass doesn't log you out after a period of inactivity
