This happened about a year ago and I received the following response: "Welcome to the LastPass Community. Could you please clean
your internet browser (cookies and cache), log in to your LastPass
account again, and try to replicate the issue? In case you
are still getting the same scenario, please remove the LastPass
extension from your internet browser, and in case you have any other
extension installed, please try to turn them off. Once that is done,
clean your internet browser again, reinstall the LastPass extension, and
try again. Please let me know if you need additional help. Greetings! Verlaine | Customer Care"
I responded: "Thank you. Did all of this multiple times with no difference in
results. I was able to log in and view vault on Chrome which does me
absolutely no good because I don't use it except for one application
that insists I use Chrome and all other the sites for which I would need
to log in using my credentials are used and saved in Firefox. It
appears to be an issue with Firefox on LastPass end?
Also, the instruction options I quoted above for syncing the vault don't
appear even when I am logged in and viewing the vault on Chrome. That is
clearly an issue with incorrect instructions. If you can provide a
workable way to resync I might be able to fix this myself."
About a week later I posted: "
"It is working now. Did someone over there do something because I have been away from my computer so nothing has changed here."
Now it is happening again and nothing is working. I tried to post replies to prior threads twice but apparently one cannot do that so I am starting over here.
Can anyone help? At this point I have no access to many websites and no way to recover some as I don't recall all of my user names or the client email addresses that were used. I am going to have to go back to using password protected worksheets although I am also considering creating duplicate LastPass Accounts so one one fails I'd still presumably have access to the data but honestly, that seems like a loot more hassle than a single worksheet because I'd have to be sure to keep two different LastPass accounts current at all times.
