Multiple Credential for Same Site Detection & Options - Working for anyone?

Been using LastPass for a long time. At one point it used to gracefully detect and give a user an option for adding an additional credential to the same site. Does anyone recall this? If so did it also stop working for you somewhere in the last 1-2 years?

Ever since this went away I am forced to manually add to vault which oddly also freezes many a times and I have to scramble/refresh.

I miss this function working properly and not sure if it really went away or if potentially another account setting may have interfered causing my to think it went away. Oddly this seemed to happen on both business accounts and personal.

Behaviors like the one you're seeing are typically tied to local browser issues. The good news is, they're generally easy to resolve.

Please try the following steps:

1. Delete the LastPass extension by going here and clicking 'Remove'.
2. On Edge, click the three dots in the upper right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies > See all cookies and site data.
4. Search for LastPass and delete it.
5. Go back to the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store and reinstall LastPass.
