Created Secure note to share files with spouse, but contents not updated

Question

Hi there

I created a secure note, and attached a few files inside.  I shared that secure note with my spouse who can access it.

I added some new files to that same secure note, and I can see the, but she cannot.  It's like they don't exist for her, even though I double checked and she is on the share list.

How do I ensure that we both have access to all the files in that secure note?

My apologies for the inconvenience this may be causing you, in this case if the files are not showing on a shared secured note I would recommend to have the other user follow the steps on this article:  Force Sync
