Trying to update Security Email address

I tried to login to my security email address, but discovered that it has been expired/deleted since i haven't used it in a while…

I tried to update the email address, but I saw this notification and I wonder what that means exactly…?

"Note: If you're using LastPass SSO or MFA, you risk breaking your existing SSO or MFA configurations."

Does that mean that I would lose all my 'LastPass Autheticator' data if i proceed??

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account. I checked your account and you are not a federated user, thus this does not apply to you. As long as you know your master password, there will be no issues. You will also not lose any of your LastPass authenticator data, as this is not related to that function.
