Hello.My account is locked in mobile‑only mode and my computer's LastPass is incompatible to make an upgrade
I need a Device Type Reset so I can switch back to Computer and access the web vault to export my data.

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account. I reviewed your account and you are a premium user and as such, you can use LastPass on an unlimited number of devices. Please log out and then log back in on multiple devices, it should allow you access.
