Accessing my Vault shows the same message about deleting a password

Everytime I access my Vault, I get a message at the top of the screen saying "Success: site mobilehelpsys.com was deleted." This password/site has indeed been deleted (but I didn't want it deleted and it's no long gone from my deleted list).

How can I stop getting this message? If I add the site back in, will it just get deleted again?

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.
To resolve this issue please do the following:

log out of the LastPass extension (red square on the top right hand side of your screen)
remove the LastPass extension (right click your mouse, select remove)
clear your cache and cookies from your browser for the last 7 days (settings, privacy and security)
add the LastPass extension (download it at lastpass.com/download)
log in and test it out
add the site again
issue should be resolved by now
