I upgraded to family plan and added my husband. I want to transfer all my passwords to my husbands login. Or does he have to enter all the same information under his name?

You can make shared folders with your husband and give him admin access to the folders so both of you have access to all the information. You will need to go to the sharing center > create a folder > give it a name and then give admin role in that folder to your husband. You can find the steps here:

Then manage the folder by moving the items you wish to share with him to that folder or to those folders. You will need to follow these steps:
