I cannot sign in to my paid account

Question

I cannot sign into my paid account.  So I had to join the free LastPass to get your attention.  I have not used lastpass for several years.  You renewed my lastpass account and charged me for something I cannot/do not use.  And there are no live customer service folks to speak to over the phone.  So I wish to cancel my paid account.  Please contact me so I can give you my email address I use for lastpass and password.  Your 'customer service' is nil.
