Cannot save some records, and cannot view some records

I am using Chrome. I have updated to 4.152.3. I have removed Lastpass extension, added it back, restarted Chrome, deleted Chrome cache, no luck. Some records will not open for editing, I get the "Error getting item" message.

Some cannot be saved after editing . Other records work fine.

Chrome is updated also.

I can open the records on my Android phone, and edit them.

Any help would be appreciated, I have been using Lastpass for many years.

Hi, Mike.

We've identified the reason this issue affects only some records: they were created before the latest implementation of newer user interfaces.

We're currently working on a fix which should be finalized in the coming days. Tentative test date would be Tuesday, 04/21/26. Please let us know after that if the problem persists.
