This is a general question: if we remove a user from our Entra ID provisioning group for LastPass, will that user be deactivated, removed, or deleted from our business account?

You can disable a user's LastPass account by deleting them in Microsoft Entra ID. This will delete the user's Microsoft Entra ID account, including their Object IDs, email addresses, and so on.

You can remove a user's LastPass account access by deprovisioning them, which will allow the account to remain available for reactivation. Here is the link on how to do it:
