Our business has the “Permit super admins to reset master passwords” policy enabled. We understand that this setting is not retroactive; however, we’d like to know if there’s a way to identify which users we currently have master password reset rights for.

Welcome to the LastPass Community. Once you do enable that policy, to guarantee that you as an admin or super admin can reset a user's master password, you would have to ask each user to log out and then log back in via the LastPass extension.
To find out which users we currently have master password reset rights for, please open the admin console, select each user and from there you will see many options for that user and if you see "reset master password" that means that you do have those rights.
