This error message is shown in either of the following cases:
- You have attempted to log in to LastPass with an invalid email address and master password combination.
- LastPass does not recognize your device and you must complete the email verification process.
If you're sure of the password, please check your Primary and Security account email address' for these domains:
- @lastpass.com
- @sendgrid.com
- @m.lastpass.com
- @t.lastpass.com
If you cannot remember the right password, then you'll want to review these recovery options to see if any are available. If none are viable, and you want to confirm the account status, please click "Request help" to receive an email follow up from Customer Support.
Restrictions: LastPass Customer Support cannot force a password reset for any user, and doesn't know the account password itself per our zero-knowledge policies.
