If you cannot log in to LastPass and the "You can't log in from this location" error message shows up, country restrictions are managed in Account settings. You can update the settings for country access using a form.
Restriction: This feature is only available for LastPass Free and LastPass Premium accounts.
Important: You cannot override the settings of the "Restrict access by country" policy.
- Go to https://lastpass.com/unlock.
- Enter your LastPass account email address.
- Select Send Email.
- Enter your master password.
- Select Continue.
- An email is sent to your inbox with the subject "Request to update settings for Country Access".
- Click the link in the email to reconfigure country access settings for your LastPass account.
Results: The country is now permitted in your Account settings > Country setting and you can access your LastPass vault. For more information, see Restrict LastPass access to specific countries.
