How do I set up Emergency Access so someone can get into my vault if something happens?

I’ve been exploring some of the more advanced features in LastPass and came across Emergency Access.

From what I understand, it’s included with LastPass Premium and Families, and allows someone I trust to access my vault in case of an emergency. This seems really useful, especially for shared financial or family-related info. [support.lastpass.com]

For anyone who has set this up:

How do you choose the right person?
What’s the best way to configure it so it’s secure but still accessible when needed?
Do they get full visibility into my vault, or can I limit what they see?
