Right? On a Business Premium account, you have to open a ticket for which there is radio silence and LastPass almost aggressively says "no refunds".
Thanks for the reply. I am not interested in a refund I just want to cancel my service with Last Pass. I do not understand why I can't go into my account and see how to cancel. I have my ideas as they choose to make it difficult, so we keep the service. I cannot even look up my method of payment. I am 71 and I really do not have the patience for this. I do not run my business this way. Again, thank you but if there is another suggestion I would greatly appreciate it. Vicki B
