Can't recover account - doesn't see browser extension?

Hi!

As of today I can't login to my account anymore. It doesn't recognize my master password (which I changed August 3rd, 2023, so long time ago) and when I'm trying to recover, there's only two options: 1. With the recovery one time password, which sends me to a window that never stops loading. 2. Opting for "don't use otp" it says, it doesn't see that I have the browser extension installed, when it is clearly installed.

Not sure what other options I have? Reverting to my old password? When I'm trying to contact support directly, the verification email never gets through. What could be the problem?

It does not work for me. my Email Support still doesent reach them

OP here. It seems that this was some glitch with the tool. I think a simple reboot would've solved it ;)  Today I booted up and the extension + master password were working as if nothing had happened.
