Can't login to LastPass, neither recovery using FaceID

Question

Hi, I've lost access to my LastPass account around 10/29/2023 and now I cannot reset my master password. I've been using lastpass primarily over iphone, with FaceID enable, but since 10/29/2023, I cant login. When I try to recover my account using FaceID I get an error.

login error messaging:Verifique sua senha mestre e tente novamente.

Recoveryerror messaging: Parece que deu algo errado

Without login I have no way to contact support.

Do you have the master password ?

If not, you are obviously and hopefully lost if you did not configure any recovery methods !! That's what we ask a secure manager to do..

I wish you to find back your master password!

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Our records show that there are no valid recovery one time passwords available for your account which is why the account recovery fails. Unfortunately, I don't see any recovery methods available for your account.

The only options to access your account in this case are using the correct Master Password or resetting the account. If you reset the account, all the items in your vault will be deleted but you will be able to setup a new Master Password.
