If we detect a login attempt from an unidentified location from any new computer, mobile device, or new IPaddress, we want to verify that it's really you logging in to access yourLastPassaccount.
In this case, the IP address of the recent login attempt was not validated.
Once a device has been approved as trusted via email verification, the device remains trusted for yourLastPassaccount for a maximum of 60 days.

I too have this issue very often. While I understand that LastPass uses all these data points to fingerprint your system, one of them changing should not trigger it to block authentication. It's annoying when we are trying to work and need to re-authenticate often. IP addresses change all the time, so that's not a great identifier anyway.
Also, 'keeping them stable' as @User17144774772451367198 suggested does not make any sense. Browsers get updates and you SHOULD be keeping up with patches for security purposes. Why was this user allowed to plug his/her business besides?
